Rhiannon Moulds

17 year old Rhiannon lives at Bensville on the NSW Central Coast and is currently in Year 12 at Kincumber High School. When she was 14 Rhiannon started riding with Belinda, and her parents bought her Angel, a 4 year old Thoroughbred Mare. Rhiannon was intending to use Angel for Pony Club at Bouddi but is now competing successfully in open classes. Rhiannon and Angel have won many dressage, hacking and showjumping events and they are currently competing at novice/elementary dressage level. In 2006 Rhiannon obtained a second mount, TC who is a Dutch Warmblood cross. In their first year of pony club they had many placings and champions. Currently they are competing in Eventing and Dressage. The pair have had many champions at Dressage, including the 2009 Interschool Dressage at St Ives, in which they were awarded Preliminary Champions. They have placed in many ODEs, including 9th in the NSW Interschool State Championships in March 2009 and, also in March, 2nd in the Open Preliminary (with 28 riders) at Hidden Valley. Rhiannon was also awarded Best Performed Junior in Preliminary and Pre Novice Classes. Well done, Rhiannon.

Madeline Coomber

Madeline started Pony Club at Bouddi on the Central Coast at 3 years old on her pony Jacky Boy. He carried her to many wins and places throughout the Zone and won Championships at Interclub days. Jacky was known to be at times just as pig headed and stubborn as his rider.

Madeline then progressed to Snowy River who was reasonably uneducated. She has been very successful at Pony Club and in open Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing. Madeline’s proudest performance was a 7th place in the open beginers class at Hidden Valley ODE against nearly 30 riders. She was just 8 years old at the time and special permission was granted for her to compete at her age.
